Bio: Linda Drassen has more than 20 years' exempt-level human resources management experience in a variety of fields including medical, retail, construction, and manufacturing. With a strong desire to provide more directed and customized services, Linda began her own consulting firm and proudly introduced Ask Linda H.R. Consulting Services in 2014. Linda’s mission is to bring executive-level management and human resources together to create positive and cohesive relationships; improve productivity and increase the bottom-line through reliable risk mitigation techniques, strategic initiatives, training, and communication. Linda is passionate about helping businesses make the most of their human resource programs including training and organizational development, dispute resolution and investigation, leadership development, documentation and employee counseling, policy development, legal compliance, and federal contract compliance.
